RULES OF USE—18LAB GOLF

1. You must read and sign a Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk document in order to use the 18Lab Golf facility.

 

2. You must obey all safety rules posted on the premises, and verbal safety directives, at all times.

 

3. You may not smoke, vape or use tobacco products anywhere on the premises, or immediately adjacent to any doorway, entrance or exit.

 

3. You may not bring onto the premises, or consume while on the premises, alcohol, illegal drugs or prescription medicine (other than your own prescription medicine, as directed).

 

4. You may not be under the influence of alcohol or under the influence of any drug of abuse while on the premises.

 

5. Unless otherwise authorized by law, pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, you must not possess, have under your control, convey, or attempt to convey a firearm, handgun, or other dangerous ordnance onto these premises.

 

6. If you are under the age of 14, you must be accompanied by an adult while on the premises.

 

7. No food or beverages are permitted.

 

8. While using the Spfore Golf, LLC (dba 18Lab Golf) website, you must abide by all Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions, and any policies or limitation described therein.

 

9. You must respect other customers/members, staff, employees and visitors at all times.

 

10. You must act responsibly, avoid horseplay and potentially dangerous conduct, and use all equipment in the manner for which it is intended, at all times.

 

11. 18Lab Golf reserves the right to remove anyone from the premises who violates any Rules of Use, or who engages in other conduct that may be detrimental to 18Lab Golf, its employees, or its customers/members or visitors, as determined by 18Lab Golf.

 

12. 18Lab Golf is not responsible for any lost or stolen property, including, for example, golf clubs and equipment. Please do not leave any of your personal property unattended while you are on the 18Lab Golf premises.

 

13. For security purposes, 18Lab Golf reserves the right to inspect bags, backpacks and similar items brought onto the its premises.

 

14. Be advised that for security purposes, 18Lab Golf uses video security cameras on its premises.

 

15. 18Lab Golf has a zero tolerance standard for harassment, discrimination and violence of any kind.

 

16. Appropriate and suitable clothing and footwear, as determined by 18Lab Golf in its sole discretion, is required within 18Lab Golf’s facilities at all times. Bare feet are not acceptable anywhere within 18Lab Golf’s facilities.
